How do you ship ice cream without it melting?
We pack our ice cream in insulated shipping containers with enough dry ice to keep your pints frozen solid well into the evening of your delivery date.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Currently, we do not offer international shipping due to the perishable nature of our products.
What happens if my ice cream arrives melted?
We offer a Frozen Delivery Guarantee. If your ice cream doesn't arrive frozen, please take a photo and contact us immediately so we can send a replacement or issue a refund.
Do you offer dairy-free or vegan options?
Yes! We have a dedicated line of dairy-free pints made with high-quality ingredients like coconut cream to ensure they are just as creamy and delicious as our standard flavors.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is packed and ready for pickup by our carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your ice cream's journey.
Are your ingredients ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We build direct relationships with our growers and producers, ensuring fair wages and sustainable practices for everything from our grass-pastured dairy to our fair-trade cocoa.
